The National Criminal Tracking Center criminal history database provides an in-depth nationwide coverage of criminal data. All criminal background reports run by Tenant Tracker include free terrorist and fugitive screening. Others charge extra, or don't even offer this data.

But, we have always been the most comprehensive and cost effective criminal history resource. In fact, we analyzed the last 100,000 reports and found the following:

15.1% of the applicants had a criminal record. Other services miss more than 2 out of 5 records.
57.5% of criminal applicants are recidivists with an average of 3.9 criminal offenses each.
12.9% of Sex Offenders live in apartments.
39.9% of the criminals were found by non-DPS sources. If your service searches the DPS only - then you're missing nearly 1 out of 3 criminals.
18.1% of the criminal records come from outside of the state where the property is located. If your service does not utilize a nationwide service such as the NCTC (National Criminal Tracking Center) - then you're missing nearly 1 out of 5 criminals.
43.2% of the criminal records come from outside of the county where the property is located. If your service searches your county only - then you're missing nearly 1 out of 2 criminals.
